About the Role

We are seeking a 3D Print Engineering Technician to assist our lead engineer in a variety of technical and operational tasks. This is an entry-level, part-time role ideal for someone interested in engineering workflows, 3D printing, and prototype production. The position has strong growth potential to become full-time as demands increase.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Some Parametric CAD experience and comfortable learning more

  • 3D printing workflows.

  • Strong attention to detail, especially with file management and QA tasks.

  • Basic computer skills (Google Drive, Excel, file management).

  • Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to work independently.

  • Interest in engineering, manufacturing, or product development is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with quality assurance of 3D models and CAD files.

  • Manage 3D print farm operations, including printer maintenance, scheduling, and material tracking.

  • Organize, upload, and download engineering files to and from our internal database.

  • Support prototype assembly and basic testing processes.

  • Document processes and maintain organized records of projects and prints.

  • Provide general technical assistance to engineering projects as needed.

  • Troubleshooting, training, and support for customers
