About the Role

As a Social Media Internship at Red Wolf Technology, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and community management while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Our retail partner stores are launching our solutions worldwide. These stores offer device repair in both metropolitan markets and local communities. This is a great opportunity to join a quickly growing team.


  • Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in using various social media platforms.

    • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content aesthetics.

    • Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

    • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

    • Prior experience in social media management or content creation is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing director to create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  2. Social Media Management: Assist in the day-to-day management of our social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and engaging with our online community.

  3. Audience Engagement: Actively interact with our followers, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages, and foster positive relationships with our audience.

  4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  5. Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

  6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and logistics, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
