By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any part of our Site, Apps, or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support.

• Refunds: Refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

5. Hardware and App Usage

 

Our Apps connect to and control Red Wolf hardware products, including 3D printers, film cutters, and polishing machines.

You are responsible for safe and proper operation in accordance with all Red Wolf documentation.

Red Wolf is not liable for damages or injuries arising from misuse, modification, or use with non-approved materials.

 

 

6. Software Updates and Modifications

 

Red Wolf may automatically update or modify its software or firmware to improve functionality, safety, or security without prior notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as Shopify, app stores, analytics tools, or payment processors. Red Wolf is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those third parties.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Red Wolf within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

 

 

15. Entire Agreement and Severability

 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Red Wolf Technology.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
